Here's how we can help bring your trip to life:

Itinerary Only

$175

Perfect for the independent traveler who wants expert guidance without the bookings.

You'll receive a custom daily itinerary tailored to your destination, interests, and travel style. Expect recommendations for activities, dining, sightseeing, local tips, and timing—like having a travel-savvy friend build your agenda!

What’s included:

  • A personalized day-by-day itinerary

  • Expert travel tips and local recommendations

  • Links to suggested attractions, tours, or restaurants

Note: You book everything yourself. This service does not include bookings or reservations.

Itinerary + Basic Booking

$300

Ideal if you want a custom trip and prefer someone else handles the key reservations.

In addition to a personalized itinerary, I’ll take care of booking your flights and hotel accommodations. This option saves you time and ensures everything fits your overall plan smoothly.

What’s included:

  • Everything from the Itinerary Only package

  • Booking of flights and hotels based on your preferences and budget

  • Monitoring for changes or alerts related to your flights or hotel

Note: If your chosen flights or hotels require deposits or full payment, I’ll send you a credit card authorization form prior to booking.

Full Service Planning

$300 + 10% of Total Trip Cost

Best for travelers who want a fully planned, stress-free experience—from start to finish.

This is the VIP treatment: I’ll plan every element of your trip and handle all the bookings—flights, hotels, activities, excursions, transfers, dining reservations, and more. You’ll get a seamless, worry-free travel experience curated just for you.

What’s included:

  • Everything in the previous tiers

  • Booking of all travel components: tours, transfers, excursions, etc.

  • Concierge-style support from planning to departure

Note: Credit card authorization form required prior to booking all flights, hotels, tours, etc. 10% of the total trip cost is invoiced after all bookings are complete and due 45 days before departure.

All bookings begin with a consultation

This is our chance to get to know each other and discuss your travel plans in depth. The consultation fee, due upon booking an appointment, is $50 and non-refundable. If you choose to move forward with planning after our meeting, the fee will be applied toward your total planning cost (which also becomes non-refundable once planning begins).
