Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of travel advisory and booking services ("Services") provided by Frequent Fryer Travel ("Advisor", "we", "us", or "our") to the client ("you" or "Client").
1. Services Provided
We provide travel consultation, itinerary planning, and booking coordination services for flights, accommodations, tours, ground transportation, and related travel experiences. Our role is that of an advisor and intermediary between you and third-party suppliers.
2. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate personal and travel information.
Ensure all travelers have valid passports, visas, and meet entry/exit requirements for all countries visited.
Review and confirm all documents and bookings within 24 hours of receipt.
Comply with all laws and regulations of the destination countries.
3. Payments and Fees
All service fees, planning fees, and booking deposits are due as outlined in your invoice.
Fees for our services are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Final payment deadlines are set by suppliers; failure to meet deadlines may result in cancellation and loss of payments.
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Supplier cancellation and change fees apply as per their terms.
Advisor service fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a supplier cancellation.
Refunds, if any, will be issued according to the policies of the respective suppliers.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, baggage loss, and more. We are not liable for costs arising from travel disruptions not covered by insurance.
6. Limitation of Liability
We act only as an agent for the travel suppliers.
We are not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, delays, or defaults of any third-party suppliers.
We assume no responsibility for loss, injury, death, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances.
7. Changes to Itineraries
Travel conditions may necessitate changes in travel plans. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, operational issues, or supplier changes. We will communicate such changes promptly.
8. Travel Risks and Client Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to health hazards, transportation delays, and political instability. You voluntarily accept these risks and agree not to hold [Your Business Name] liable.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be used only for the purpose of planning and booking your travel and will be shared with suppliers as needed. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes without your consent.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Location], unless otherwise required by law.
11. Amendments

13. Credit Card Authorizations and Chargebacks
By engaging our services and submitting a credit card authorization form, you acknowledge that you have agreed to allow Frequent Fryer Travel to use this card with your authorization to book or reserve services on your behalf. If these services are rendered in any way, you agree that any chargeback requested is fraudulent on your behalf. If these services are not fulfilled by the vendor, Frequent Fryer Travel will work with the vendor for a refund minus the service fee charged by the vendor for cancellation as well as the service fee to Frequent Fryer Travel for booking. By accepting these terms and conditions you attest that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
