What services do you offer?
Frequent Fryer Travel offers custom travel planning services for individuals, couples, and groups. We specialize in curated itineraries, booking flights an accommodations, and full-service travel experiences that are memorable.
What are your service packages and pricing?
We offer three options for 1-2 person travel itineraries:
Itinerary Only – $150 (planning only, no booking)
Itinerary + Booking Flights & Hotels – $300
Full Service – $300 + 10% of your total trip cost (includes planning, bookings, and support)

What’s included in the Full Service package?
The Full Service option includes everything from destination research and itinerary design to booking flights, hotels, activities, transportation, and restaurant reservations/recommendations. We also provide support during your trip.
Do you book group trips, honeymoons, or international travel?
Absolutely! We love planning special occasions, including girls’ trips, family vacations, anniversary trips and international getaways.
How far in advance should I plan my trip?
We recommend reaching out 6–8 weeks before your ideal travel date. For large or international trips, earlier is always better to ensure availability and smooth planning.
Do you offer refunds?
Planning fees are non-refundable once we begin the research and design process. If your travel plans change, we’ll do our best to adjust and work with you on solutions.

How do I access and manage my itinerary?
Once your trip is ready, you’ll receive a link to view your itinerary in Tern. Just log in using the email you booked with. From there, you can view your full plan, request changes, or leave comments—all in one place. To learn more about Tern, click HERE.
