Accessing & Managing Your Trip w/ Tern
At Frequent Fryer Travel, we use a platform called Tern to deliver beautiful, interactive itineraries you can access anytime, anywhere.
Here’s how to use it:
1. Create Your Tern Account
When your itinerary is ready, you’ll receive an email from us through Tern inviting you to view your trip.
Click the link in the email.
Use the same email you booked with to create your Tern login.
Set a password and you’re in!
2. View Your Full Itinerary
Once logged in, you’ll see your trip dashboard. Click into your trip to view:
A daily breakdown of your plans
Booked flights, hotels & tours
Maps, confirmation numbers & links
Restaurant & activity recommendations/bookings
Any downloadable documents we’ve added
3. Make Notes or Request Changes
Tern allows you to collaborate directly in your itinerary:
Add comments to any section
Mark things as “favorites”
Use the built-in messaging to request edits or updates
We’ll be notified and follow up quickly!
4. Access on Mobile or Print
Tern is mobile-friendly and works in your browser – no app download required. You can also export your itinerary as a PDF if you’d like a printed copy for travel. However, if you would like to download the app, see links below. You will also have an option for offline viewing.
5. Stay Connected During Your Trip
Your Tern itinerary includes all important info in one spot. If anything changes mid-trip, we’ll update the itinerary so you always have the most current plan at your fingertips.
