From there, we craft a personalized itinerary, sharing ideas and refining details along the way. You’ll have a say at every step, with expert guidance to make planning easy and exciting. - Submit a trip request form
- We'll meet via zoom or phone for our first consultation to discuss trip details — During this meeting, we'll discuss the contract, payment, and next steps
- You secure your spot by submitting the planning fee
- I get to work: your custom proposal (including a tailored budget!) arrives within 10 days — then we fine-tune it together over the next week
- You give the green light — we’re a go!
- I'll then send you a credit card authorization form, after approval, your dream trip is officially underway!
- I'll begin booking your transportation, accommodations, and travel protection (if included in your package)
